Your continued use of the platform after any changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.

However, by submitting content, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive licence to use, store, display, and reproduce that content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the platform. You represent that you have all rights necessary to grant this licence.

If you provide suggestions, ideas, or feedback about the platform, we may use such input freely without any obligation or compensation to you.

Access to certain workshops, programmes, or features may require payment of fees as displayed on the platform at the time of purchase. All prices are stated in the currency indicated and are inclusive of applicable taxes where required by law.

Payments are processed by third-party payment providers. By submitting payment information, you authorise us to charge the applicable fees to your selected payment method. We do not store full payment card details on our servers.

Refund eligibility is governed by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Please review the Refund Policy before making a purchase. We reserve the right to decline refund requests that do not meet the stated eligibility criteria.

Our total aggregate liability to you for any claims arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to us in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Ulmarud and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the platform, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the platform at any time, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or acted in a manner harmful to other users or to the platform. Upon termination, your licence to use the platform ceases immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.

These Terms are governed by general principles of contract law applicable to online services. In the event of a dispute, we encourage you to contact us first at info@juzanee.info so that we may attempt to resolve the matter informally. If informal resolution is not possible, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration or the competent courts as determined by the applicable law of the jurisdiction in which we operate.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other policies referenced herein, constitute the entire agreement between you and Ulmarud with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements, understandings, or representations relating to the same subject matter.

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision. Any waiver must be in writing and signed by an authorised representative of Ulmarud to be effective.
